Your implant treatment can take place in just one visit or over several months, depending on your particular conditions and needs. These are typically:
One-stage
Two-stage
Immediate
Not all options will be suitable for every patient. After a full clinical consultation, we will explain all which would be appropriate for your treatment and which one we would recommend as the best for your needs.
The one stage dental implant is placed into a new, healing or healed extraction site and is visible above the gum immediately after placement. The advantage of this method is that a second surgical stage is not necessary to expose the implant. The dental implant will not normally be ready to support a tooth for several weeks or months.
The two stage process involves a dental implant being placed into a new, healing or healed extraction site and then covered by a layer of gum so that it cannot be seen – this is the first stage.
At the second stage some weeks or months later, the dental implant is surgically exposed, and components installed, which bring the dental implant above gum level.
An Immediate dental implant is where a tooth has to be removed, and a dental implant is placed immediately into the extraction site. Depending upon the local bone and soft tissue conditions, the implant surgery may be a one or two-stage procedure. Not all patients are suitable for this approach.

"Thank you Adrian for all you have done. I am delighted with the result, the quality of the work is simply first class. The teeth are comfortable in my mouth, they look great, they look natural and people can't tell at all, they simply think I've got nice teeth."
