Terms of Business


From time to time, this web site may contain special offers, limited availability offers or other forms of customer purchase incentive. Although unlikely before any specified offer deadline, we reserve the right to amend and/or withdraw any offer at any time without notice. In this instance, only completed sales relating to any offer will be valid. Availability of any offers for an enquiry in progress where a sale has not been completed by the offer deadline, will be at the website owner's sole discretion. Other specific terms and conditions for any offer will be provided in writing as part of the Treatment Plan proposal relating to the offer.

Certain treatments such as Teeth Whitening are only available for patients aged 18 and older and are subject to clinical suitability. In this instance, no replacement goods or equivalent monetary value will be provided for any patients not deemed suitable for treatment.


A fee will apply unless the practice has at least 48 hours' notice of an appointment cancellation, and a fee will apply for any missed appointment unless a genuine reason is given.


A consultation appointment gives the patient and the clinician an opportunity to discuss treatment and the options available. No treatment is carried out at a consultation. We sometimes take a refundable deposit at the point of booking your consultation appointment slot. This can be paid via debit/credit card over the phone, on the website via the ‘book online’ link, or at the practice reception. If you attend your appointment and decide not to go ahead with treatment, the deposit is then refunded to you upon request. This can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, the deposit can be refunded upon request, if you give us 24 hours’ notice. You can also keep the deposit on your account with us as credit towards future treatments. Following your consultation, if you would like to book a treatment appointment slot, we may ask you for a further deposit.


To enable us to book you an appointment to start treatment, we kindly request a deposit, the deposit will vary depending on the treatment you have opted for.  The deposit is part of your treatment cost and you will be made fully aware of this in advance of making an appointment.


We reserve the right to refuse treatment where our clinicians deem it inappropriate for any reason and the clinician’s decision is final in this regard.
